Do we archive documentation and how?
We archive paper documentation once a quarter or once a year, depending on the number of paper documents of a given client. Documents in electronic form are archived by us once a month by making a backup on our disk. We archive databases every 24 hours.
What reports will I get every month?
Every month you will receive accounting and tax reports from us. For sole proprietorships it will be, for example, KPIR - Summary, and for the company Bilans, RZiS, ZOIS, settlements and, of course, a tax report.
Do you offer an on-line system?
Yes, the subscription includes both an on-line invoice system and an office portal, where the client will find all his bills 24/7. Thanks to this tool, the customer can upload documents from anywhere in the world, wherever there is the Internet.
Will I have a dedicated tutor?
Yes, depending on the process, it will be an accounting or accounting and human resources employee. Meet us in the "Team" tab.
